A COMPLETED TRANSFER FORM IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY INCOMING TRANSFER!

This transfer form lets us know that we have items coming, who they belong to & who shipped the item.

Shipments come in without the necessary information like names & telephone numbers, resulting in longer wait times.

The transfer form is the best way for us to match items with customers when information is missing.

After 30 days a $20 fee per item will be charged in addition to the transfer fee. If the item is not picked up within 90 days, your item is considered abandoned and becomes the property of JX4 Firearms LLC. We will call you once we have your transfer processed for pickup.
